General Terms

  1. Our "Templates" are only for reference purposes.
  2. Your CV may be designed in a different format depending on the information and the length of the CV you provide.
  3. Please ensure to provide all the details and information before the expert starts working on your order.
  4. We never guarantee that preparing your CV will secure a job for you. This is simply a service that increases the chance of visibility to employers and recruiters.

What your purchase includes

  1. When you place an order with SSSI, you are paying for the templates you choose.
  2. We prepare a customizable CV as per the given information and design chosen by you.
  3. The application prepared will be sent to you only in PDF format. Our CVs are designed using non-editable formats.
  4. Please make sure you provide all the related information as per the design and template of the CV you have selected.


  1. Your CV will be prepared and delivered within 8 working days (Monday to Friday) once all the information and your payment are received.
  2. If you want to add additional content or make changes, kindly give the expert at least 48 hours to do so.
  3. During high-demand, the deliverance of your task might take longer than the decided time.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

  1. Once the order is placed and payment is received by our executives, cancellations will not be done.
  2. We prepare your CV as per the information provided by you to us. If any additional requirement is to be added, extra charges will incur.
  3. The template of the CV cannot be changed.

Editing in CV

  1. We will only be responsible if the error on your CV/ Resume is a result of a fault on our end. In such a case, no additional charges will be asked to you.
  2. You will get edits as per your chosen plan. We will take 2 working days to provide the revised file.
  3. Any major edits such as addition of new information or changes in the design will be charged @50% of your total booking amount.

Payment Policy

  1. We accept payment through different modes like online banking transactions, credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Paytm.
  2. No payments are processed through our site. We do not handle any customer's credit/debit card or banking details.
  3. We are not liable for any delay or non-delivery for unpaid orders.

LinkedIn Edits and Updates

We will accept, edit, and update your LinkedIn profile for a maximum of 24 hours from the date of delivery of your final resume draft. Thereafter, 25% of charges will be considered.

LinkedIn Security

Once you confirm your LinkedIn Profile Optimisation order with us, we will require to use your LinkedIn login credentials to update your profile. Once, the profile update completed, we request you to change the password of your LinkedIn. It is your responsibility to make sure that the password is changed for the security of your account.
