As the Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing & Outreach, you will be responsible for spearheading our global expansion efforts through end-to-end marketing execution, student community outreach, and partnership development. You’ll lead digital campaigns, generate leads, engage with student groups, and build collaborations with international/local vendors to expand our reach and impact.

You will also work closely with the sales team to understand student psychology, adapt messaging, and align campaigns with real-time academic needs—driving both short-term results and long-term brand growth. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a growth-focused professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to create global impact from the ground up.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan, run, and optimize full-funnel performance campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage all elements of the campaign lifecycle, including copywriting, creative briefing, landing pages, budget allocation, and reporting.
  • Continuously experiment with ad formats, targeting, A/B testing, and funnel tweaks to maximize ROI and lead quality.

2. Lead Generation & Funnel Management

  • Drive consistent daily lead generation (5–6 qualified leads/day) through paid campaigns, influencer outreach, and student community engagement.
  • Analyze lead performance, segment behavior, and improve conversion across touchpoints.

3. International Student Community Engagement

  • Actively participate in international student forums and communities on platforms such as Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Build brand awareness through helpful engagement, content sharing, and referral-building initiatives.

4. Offline & Influencer Marketing

  • Plan offline strategies such as campus marketing, poster campaigns, info sessions, and printed material distribution—executed via local student partners or collaborators.
  • Onboard and manage influencers and micro-creators in student-focused spaces to strengthen brand trust and reach.

5. Global Partnerships & Vendor Collaboration

  • Identify and build partnerships with international/local vendors, education agents, campus clubs, or promotional partners to support outreach and lead generation.
  • Manage partnership onboarding, relationship development, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with these partners to co-execute offline and online promotions efficiently across global regions.

6. Analytics, Reporting & Strategic Growth

  • Deliver structured weekly performance reports with insights on ad campaigns, community response, lead quality, and partner activity.
  • Contribute to strategy building with data-backed suggestions for channel expansion, messaging improvements, and budget planning.
  • Participate in long-term growth strategy and support team building as performance milestones are met.

What we are looking for

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or education marketing, preferably with international exposure.
  • Proven success in running performance ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience in partnership building with external vendors or outreach agencies.
  • Familiarity with student behavior, academic services marketing, and global education trends.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM platforms).
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Willingness to work full-time from our India office (no remote option).
