Responsibilities

  • Drive End-to-End Recruitment:
    Manage the complete hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth offer rollouts. Focus on identifying talent that aligns with both skill requirements and company culture.

  • Facilitate Seamless Onboarding & Development:
    Coordinate structured onboarding programs to help new hires integrate efficiently. Support training and development initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and encourage continuous learning.

  • Strengthen Employer–Employee Relations:
    Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster open communication, transparency, and mutual trust. Address concerns proactively to maintain a positive workplace environment.

  • Support and Build Company Culture:
    Contribute to engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and HR-driven programs that reinforce organizational values and promote a collaborative culture.

  • Administer HR Operations & Documentation:
    Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and support the administration of compensation, benefits, and policy compliance.

  • Ensure Compliance & Workplace Well-being:
    Promote adherence to company policies and statutory regulations. Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and compliant work environment.

  • Handle Employee Concerns & Discipline:
    Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and adherence to company guidelines.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.

  • Foundational knowledge of HR practices, labor compliance basics, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

  • A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
