What You’ll Own

Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, empowering them to deliver excellence.

  • Guide the design and execution of hiring strategies to meet present and future workforce needs.

  • Collaborate with department heads and leadership to understand talent priorities.

  • Oversee employer branding initiatives and ensure a stellar candidate experience.

  • Monitor hiring metrics and dashboards to measure success and improve processes.

HR Operations Excellence

  • Ensure seamless employee lifecycle management: onboarding, documentation, HRIS, and exits.

  • Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, and leave records.

  • Uphold compliance with labor laws and ensure policies are relevant and up to date.

  • Partner with payroll for error-free and timely salary processing.

  • Address employee queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Drive employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives.

  • Coordinate performance management cycles, appraisals, and feedback sessions.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5–6 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to leading a TA team and HR operations.

  • Proven ability to manage and inspire teams while collaborating with senior leadership.

  • Strong grasp of labor laws, HR policies, and HRMS tools.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

  • A calm, thoughtful approach in sensitive or high-pressure situations.
