About the Role

Are you a digital strategist who loves connecting the dots between a creative campaign and a high-converting landing page? We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a "360-degree" mindset—someone who doesn't just manage ads, but understands the entire customer journey.

In this role, you won't just be "running PPC." You will be the architect of our digital growth, overseeing everything from high-level brand awareness to granular Google Ads optimisations and conversion rate analysis.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° digital marketing roadmap that aligns with our overarching business goals.
  • PPC & Paid Search: Own the end-to-end management of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Bing Ads, focusing on maximising ROI/ROAS.
  • Paid Social: Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and [Other Relevant Platforms].
  • Data Analysis & Attribution: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other tracking tools to analyse performance, identify bottlenecks, and report on multi-channel attribution.
  • Optimisation: Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Content and Design teams to ensure all digital touchpoints are cohesive and on-brand.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in Performance Marketing/PPC.
  • Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Certified), Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Technical Literacy: You understand SEO basics, pixel implementation, and how CRM integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce) impact lead quality.
  • The "360" Mindset: You don't work in a silo. You understand how email marketing, SEO, and social media work together to support paid efforts.
  • Analytical Rigour: You are comfortable with spreadsheets and can turn complex data into actionable insights.
