About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Project Lead with strong expertise in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can execute with precision and speed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage digital marketing projects from planning to execution and delivery
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, performance marketing, SEO, sales) to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor campaign performance across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media
  • Analyse data, generate insights, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure clear communication across all levels
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve project-related challenges
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management within digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, and content strategy
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in handling international campaigns or clients
  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience in managing high-budget campaigns
