Reduction of Manual Effort:
Design AI solutions that significantly reduce human dependency in CRM and business workflows.
CRM Automation & Intelligence:
Implement AI-driven automation for lead management, follow-ups, customer segmentation, ticket handling, and reporting within the CRM.
Operational Process Automation:
Identify repetitive, rule-based, or decision-heavy business processes and automate them using AI, ML models, and RPA where applicable.
Decision Support Systems:
Develop predictive and prescriptive models to assist business decisions such as lead scoring, demand forecasting, customer behavior analysis, and churn prediction.
Accuracy & Efficiency Improvement:
Improve operational accuracy, reduce human error, and enhance speed of execution through AI-based systems.
Integration & Scalability:
Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing CRM, ERP, and internal tools, while maintaining scalability and security.
Analyze existing CRM and business operations to identify automation opportunities.
Design and develop AI/ML models for process automation and optimization.
Build intelligent workflows using NLP, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
Automate data entry, validation, tagging, classification, and reporting processes.
Monitor AI model performance and continuously improve accuracy and effectiveness.
Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and support teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
Maintain proper documentation of AI systems, workflows, and integrations.
Strong experience in Python, AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
Knowledge of NLP, chatbots, workflow automation, and predictive analytics.
Experience with API integrations, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Familiarity with RPA tools is an added advantage.
