Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Lead Generation Specialist to design and execute a multi-channel strategy aimed at generating high-quality leads at an optimal cost. The role focuses on driving daily qualified leads while maintaining strict cost efficiency benchmarks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a mixed-channel lead generation strategy to acquire a minimum of 20 qualified leads per day.
     

  • Ensure Cost Per Lead (CPL) remains below INR 2000 while maintaining lead quality.
     

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital channels.
     

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
     

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to outperform in lead acquisition.
     

  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and user journeys to maximize conversions.
     

  • Manage A/B testing for creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
     

  • Maintain accurate reporting dashboards for tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
