Question 1: Why participate in Olympiads at such a young age?
Answer: You are in the learning stage at a young age, and it's quite easy to learn new things. These exams take place every year at various levels. Starting young gives you the upper hand as compared to your peers. It helps you compare yourself with other people of your age around the globe.
Question 2: Is there any eligibility criteria to participate in English Olympiad?
Answer: For level 1, there are no such eligibility criteria or minimum age requirements. Students from classes 1 to 12 everyone can participate in such olympiads. Although for level 2, only classes 3 and 12 are eligible. And based on the final result, they are sent to the district, state, zonal and international levels.
Question 3: What is a Merit certificate in an Olympiad Exam?
Answer: The merit certificate is only provided to students who have achieved marks that are beyond average but not at par with the top ranks. Students who are issued such certificates are not provided with any cash prize.

Answer:
Know your syllabus and then understand the pattern.

After going through the material, prepare quick notes for revision.
Start preparing for the exam from day one.
Question 5: In what other subjects do we help for the Olympiad?
Answer: In the younger classes, Olympiads are for 3-4 topics only, and our SSSi provides help for all of them. We provide guidance for class 1 Computer Olympiad, class 1 Science Olympiad, class 1 Mental Ability Olympiad and so on.
